Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days in office)
Compensation: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk and reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including:
- Posting invoices
- Data entry related to accounts payable/receivable
- Maintaining organized financial records
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities
Order office supplies and liaise with service providers when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Receptionist (required)
Proven experience with bookkeeping tasks and invoice posting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism with a positive, friendly, and welcoming personality
Comfortable working independently in an in-office environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
