Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience
- Assist with sign-in/registration in the system
- Manage badge distribution, including temporary badges
- Handle inbound phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department
- Respond to inquiries via Microsoft Teams
- Support staff by assisting with meeting room bookings
- Assist security contractors by answering questions and directing individuals to security when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks, including database cleanup and reviewing lists of active and inactive badges
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Familiar with technology and able to navigate various digital tools
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
- Proficient in professional communication, both via phone and email
- Possesses a pleasant and helpful personality, eager to assist others
Nice to have skills:
- Background in Facilities environment (preferred)
Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience and/or related industries
Education: At least HS graduate
Software skills:
- Microsoft (teams, word, excel, spreadsheets)
- Email management (outlook)
