Responsibilities
Greeting clients, answer and direct calls, organize meeting room booking and events.
Manage the physical operations of the office – Maintain a clean and organized cafe including coffee station, coordinating waste pickups, maintenance, vendor management, invoice processing.
Represent the firm as an ambassador for our clients in the following roles – arranging and execution of catering services, meeting room management, mailroom and café service
Perform general office maintenance and organization of cafe, meeting rooms, workstations, supply rooms, printer/copier areas
Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar environment
Ability to work independently/
Good communication skills
