As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at our head office while providing essential administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Welcome visitors and direct them courteously and professionally
-Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
-Manage correspondence (emails, mail, packages)
-Keep administrative records and databases up to date
-Manage office supplies and orders
-Coordinate meeting room bookings
-Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent (a college diploma in administration is an asset)
-Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
-Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written)
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office, email, printers, etc.)
-Well-organized, autonomous, and discreet
