Responsibilities
Physical and Telephone Reception: Greet visitors professionally and courteously, answer incoming calls, screen them, and forward them to the appropriate people.
Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare and send outgoing mail.
Administrative Duties: Manage appointments, book meeting room reservations, file documents, perform data entry, and other office support tasks.
Information: Inform visitors and clients about company services and answer their basic questions.
Maintaining Order: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist
Bilingual
Customer Service Sense: A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen are essential.
Bilingualism: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is often required, especially in a Montreal context.
Organization and Rigor: The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and maintain order is essential.
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (fax, printer, etc.) is required.
Professionalism: A neat presentation, discretion, and punctuality are highly valued qualities.
