Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients and visitors.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, and transfer them to the appropriate people.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage the booking calendars for meeting rooms.
Assist project teams with administrative tasks (filing, document preparation, etc.).
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
An interest in the events industry is a plus.
