Responsibilities
Greeting and Service: Greet visitors and clients courteously, directing them to the correct individuals, and managing visitor logistics (badges, sign-in procedures, etc.).
Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, filter calls, and transmit messages accurately.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare postal shipments and packages, and perform filing and scanning tasks.
Office Logistics: Manage meeting room reservations, ensuring the reception area and common spaces are tidy and organized.
Data Entry: Occasionally perform data entry tasks and update contact lists.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Education: High School Diploma (DES) or any other relevant training.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
Communication: Exemplary dynamism, excellent presentation, and impeccable professional communication.
Languages: Functional Bilingualism (French and English), required to interact with a diverse clientele.
Organization: Ability to effectively manage urgent situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
