Responsibilities
As the frontline ambassador for our clients, your duties will include:
Professional Greeting: Welcoming visitors and clients with courtesy and a smile.
Call Management: Operating the switchboard and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, coordinating couriers (FedEx/UPS), and providing basic data entry support.
Front Desk Upkeep: Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Excellent command of both English and French (essential for guest interaction).
Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and impeccable presentation.
Punctuality: As the first point of contact, being on time is critical for this role.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or reception is a major asset.
