Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, QC - free parking
Salary: $20 to $25 / hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary / Replacement
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time)
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them courteously.
Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
Handle mail management (receiving, sorting, and outgoing shipments).
Provide light administrative support (scanning, filing, data entry).
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. (for the communication with clients outside of Canada)
Previous experience in customer service or administration (a major asset).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Professionalism, punctuality, and great interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
