Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
• Welcoming and directing visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Managing the switchboard, screening incoming calls, and transferring communications.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Managing and coordinating meeting rooms, including booking and logistical preparation.
• Performing various administrative and office support tasks for the team (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.).
• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area and common areas.
• Assisting with the coordination of office supplies inventory and placing orders.
• Managing general emails and responding to basic information requests.

Bilingual Communication: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, complemented by intermediate English skills for professional interactions outside of Quebec.
