As a receptionist, you will play an indispensable support role in business administration. You will coordinate calls, manage irrigation emergencies, and act as the direct link between the clientele and the technicians on the road. This position requires an expert level of bilingualism (French and English). Approximately 50% of your communications will be in English in order to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec, effectively respond to their requests, and ensure impeccable customer service.
