Duration: October 28th to October 30th, 2025
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 working hours per day, includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Pay Rate: $20.62/hour

Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and administrative support functions, including:
-First Point of Contact: Warmly meet and greet all guests, attendees, and staff walking through the door.
-Client Setup: Manage and prepare meeting spaces for external clients, including arranging dining setup (coffee, water, juice).
-Front Office Coordination: Check in with other receptionists and review daily calendars to understand and prioritize necessary setup tasks.
-Kitchen/Supply Management: Conduct two daily rounds to restock kitchen supplies (e.g., coffee machines) and proactively order and restock general office supplies.
-General Maintenance: Responsible for starting and emptying the dishwashers.
-Administrative Support: Assist and support other members of the reception team as needed.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail, organized, professional, punctual, well presented
-1-year Customer Service Skills
-1-year reception experience
-2 years of telephone customer service
