In this role, you would be responsible for the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the office! We are looking for professionals with office administration, and administrative experience for a full-time temporary position for a week.
Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of working experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities
-Assist with meeting preparations, office set up, kitchen duties & food delivery
-Clearing boardroom, and meeting rooms
-Maintain all storage rooms, monitor and maintain office services, and bulletin boards, keep inventory lists, go for pick up lunch, and post office when needed.
-Work with facilities operations to prep workspace for new hires
-Providing backup relief when necessary to Mailroom, reception, hospitality
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in preferably office environment as an office manager, administrative assistant, or related field
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of urgency
-Represent a professional and engaging demeanour when conducting business and communication
-Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third-party vendors and stakeholders
