As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and professional office experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Work Model: Onsite 4 days/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assignment Duration: March 17 – April 3, 2026

Responsibilities
Providing full reception coverage and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
Managing front desk operations and maintaining a strong client-facing presence
Coordinating meeting room setup and teardown
Ensuring kitchens are set up, stocked, and maintained
Managing office and kitchen supply inventory
Supporting general office and soft services needs
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of front desk or reception experience
Confident, professional, and polished demeanor
Strong client-facing presence
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Proficiency in MS Outlook
Nice-to-Have:
Service industry background
Hotel or hospitality experience
