Position: Receptionist/Admin
Location: Toronto, ON
12 month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)
Requirements are onsite office environment 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
Receive and direct multiple incoming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system
Document accurate and complete messages
Greet and direct visitors and adhere to customer security/badge requirements
Set-up, maintain files/records
Responsible for conference room scheduling and meeting set up
Perform office and records management
May be asked to cover mail/ print production or fulfillment duties (faxing, scanning, copying)
General administrative support
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: Experienced delivering services in a client environment
EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or equivalency
Excellent communication and admin skills, polished and professional
High customer facing environment
Must serve as the "artist of first impressions" and be an excellent ambassador to our services delivery.
Must be consistent and dependable
Standing/Sitting lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to read, write and follow instructions
Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents), internet navigation and Windows Explorer
Able to use phone equipment per training
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
