As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors to the company. You will play a key role in managing reception, internal communication, and basic administrative support.

Warmly greet customers in person and on the phone.
Handle incoming calls, transfer lines, and take messages.
Coordinate appointments with the relevant departments.
Provide light administrative support (filing, mail handling, data entry).
Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and organized
Respond to general inquiries and direct visitors to the right place
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (reception or customer service)
Bilingualism essential (French and English, spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Professional appearance and positive attitude
