Responsibilities
Provide full end-to-end recruitment support and consultations.
Advise and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Liaise with industry organizations, recruitment vendors, and candidates.
Generate candidate flow through various sourcing channels (internal postings, internet recruiting, networking, referrals, etc.).
Develop cost-effective and innovative sourcing solutions.
Educate hiring managers on staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills, and legislation.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Manage recruitment information through the Applicant Tracking System.
Participate in special staffing projects as needed.
Qualifications
3-9 years of experience recruiting for positions up to Executive/Managing Director level.
Experience with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral-based interviews.
Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets.
Excellent relationship-building and consultative service skills.
Strong client service orientation.
Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
CHRP certification is an asset.
