📅 Duration: 12-month contract
💰 Salary: $35 – $41.80/hour, based on experience
🕓 Work model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a business line focused on senior and executive-level roles
Provide strategic guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the process
Source and engage top talent using various channels (networking, referrals, postings, etc.)
Conduct behavioral-based interviews and support hiring decisions
Effectively manage the recruitment process using PeopleClick ATS
Contribute to talent-related and HR strategic projects
Represent the organization with external partners and industry groups
Qualifications
3–9 years of recruitment experience, including mandates for senior and executive-level positions
Proficiency with online recruitment tools and behavioral interviewing techniques
Strong sourcing expertise and ability to advise managers strategically
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent relationship-building skills and client-focused approach
Bilingualism in French and English is required
📝 Nice to have: CHRP designation (completed or in progress)
