Shift: Monday to Friday – core business hours
Location: Hybrid – Primarily Toronto (66 Wellington St W), with potential for other locations (Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver).

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for requisitions and pipeline projects.
• Source, qualify, and present candidates, adhering to service level guidelines.
• Represent TD's brand to potential candidates.
• Maintain market knowledge and trends.
• Build relationships and networks, focusing on lead generation and screening.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with employment practices.
• Build a robust network of top talent, gathering market intelligence.
• Communicate effectively with recruiters and stakeholders.
• Present data and market intelligence through compelling narratives.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance, or Technology.
• Expertise in various sourcing methodologies (social networking, talent sourcing tools, job boards).
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong client and internal partner relationship management skills.
• Experience with KPIs and results-driven environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean search strings.
• Proven success in external headhunting.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is essential.
• University degree preferred.
