Responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting intake calls with business stakeholders; understanding and anticipating upcoming hiring needs; managing full-cycle recruiting for technical roles; planning and executing on-campus recruitment events; screening resumes; preparing candidate shortlists; scheduling interviews; extending offers; performing candidate performance calibrations; presenting data and ROI to business stakeholders; managing high volumes of applications and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technical field. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage high volumes of work and maintain attention to detail during peak seasons. Experience with reporting and demonstrating ROI is strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree is preferred. Experience with Workday is a plus. Experience recruiting within the banking industry is a plus.
