Qualifications
• Human Resources degree or formalized HR training.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience recruiting for complex roles across multiple lines of business.
• Executive-level exposure as a TA partner supporting executive-level hiring managers (high business acumen).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
• Experience with Workday (HRIS) is a strong preference.
