Shift: Monday to Friday - core business hours
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 4 days in office as of November)

Intake calls with the business, understanding business upcoming hiring needs
Performance calibration for talent completing their term, presenting data to the business
Planning for on campus events
Sept- mainly on campus meeting with students. Will then be screening resumes, putting together a resume book for the business.
Scheduling interviews for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of recruitment experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes during peak seasons. Technical recruitment experience and reporting skills are strongly preferred. Proficiency in using Workday is a plus.
