• Participate in team development and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services.
• Experience partnering with executive-level management.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex roles across multiple business lines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Human Resources degree or formalized HR training preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
• Experience with Workday (HRIS) is preferred.
