This is a fast-paced environment requiring a blend of strategic planning, high-volume operational execution, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. Location: Hybrid Toronto (4 days in-office as of November).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours.
Travel: Required travel to various post-secondary schools in Ontario, primarily in September.
Overtime: Required during high-volume periods, especially around September (peak time for Early Talent recruitment).
Duration: 1-year contract with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Early Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for student and recent graduate roles, including internship, co-op, and new grad programs.
Business Consultation: Conduct intake meetings with various business units to understand current and upcoming talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
Campus Relations & Sourcing: Act as the primary face of the organization during peak season (specifically September), managing and attending on-campus recruitment events at post-secondary institutions across Ontario.
Candidate Management: Screen high volumes of resumes, organize 'resume books' for hiring managers, coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage the offer process.
Performance Reporting & Data Analysis: Gather and analyze recruitment data, including the performance calibration of talent completing their term. Present this data, demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI) of events and recruitment strategies to business leaders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with business partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders, often presenting program updates and insights to high-level audiences.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of dedicated recruitment experience.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the comfort and ability to confidently engage with students and present to senior leaders.
Detail Orientation: Proven track record of strong attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in high-volume environments.
Volume Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high recruitment volumes during peak seasons.
Highly Preferred/Nice to Have
Technical Recruitment Experience: Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists) is a strong preference.
Reporting and Analytics: Ability to generate recruitment reports and effectively communicate data/ROI to stakeholders.
System Experience: Familiarity with the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Industry Context: Previous experience recruiting within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
