Talent Strategy: Developing and executing innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices, market data, and working closely with sourcers to build a robust and diverse pipeline of talent.
Stakeholder Consultation: Cultivating strong relationships to understand current and future talent needs, providing consultation on optimal sourcing approaches, and advising business leads on market gaps and alternate talent strategies.
Data Analysis: Maintaining, analyzing, and leveraging accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing strategies, drive recruitment activities, and consult with hiring managers.
Brand Promotion: Actively promoting TD's employment value proposition and brand in the marketplace through the development and maintenance of strong candidate and industry networks.
Experience Management: Focusing on creating a seamless and exceptional Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience throughout the recruiting cycle.

Must Have
Experience: 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience (flexible). A preferred background includes a mix of corporate (large companies) and agency experience.
Language: Fluency in both French and English (Bilingual).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic functions within Excel (e.g., creating pivot tables, totaling up columns).
Nice to Have
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Workday (HRIS/ATS).
Experience recruiting for commercial or business banking or revenue-generating roles.
