Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a range of technology roles, ensuring alignment with internal processes and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in technology, informing talent decisions with deep expertise in external markets and the businesses supported.
Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging market data and industry best practices to proactively source and build a robust pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.
Build strong relationships with leaders and HR partners to anticipate current and future talent needs.
Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provide consultation on optimal sourcing and recruitment approaches.
Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to recruitment.
Maintain and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing activities.
Represent the organization in various recruitment functions and activities, promoting the brand in the marketplace
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills
8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated to Technology recruitment. (Total of 10+ years of recruitment experience preferred).
Demonstrated experience in corporate recruitment.
Proven Agile mindset: proactive, results-oriented, shows initiative, and does not need to be reminded of deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to act as a genuine Talent Advisor to senior leaders and HR partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing one’s own workload effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Workday (Applicant Tracking System/HRIS).
A certification in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus but not required.
