Shift: Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday onsite)

Responsibilities
• Provide recruiting services in accordance with established processes, standards, and systems.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex and high-level positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate and client relationships, influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and execute autonomous strategies including networking, call lists, social media, and industry knowledge.
• Serve as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to leadership and hiring managers.
• Identify and implement solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
• Screen and counsel candidates, coach hiring teams, and negotiate offers.
• Facilitate consensus meetings with hiring teams.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure flawless execution of requisition processing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting strategy development and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
• 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience is preferred.
