Work Location: Primarily remote, but open to candidates near any major HR hub (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Moncton, London, Ottawa). Must be willing to transition to a fixed hybrid model (up to 4 days in office) when required by the organization in 2026.
This position is a strategic partnership role requiring 100% interaction with stakeholders, ranging from executive leadership to HR partners. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, national roles, acting as the primary Talent Advisor for the designated business unit. Success in this role requires leveraging deep market expertise to continuously upgrade talent and maintaining a culture of risk management and control throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will be working through the holiday season (except statutory holidays).

Responsibilities
Talent Advising & Strategy: Act as the senior Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with deep expertise of external markets and the businesses supported.
Executive Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships and interact with executive-level managers, advising business leads on talent market gaps and providing consultation on optimal sourcing approaches.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all end-to-end aspects of the specialized acquisition program, including developing, executing, and monitoring innovative talent strategies to build a robust, diverse talent pipeline.
Compliance & Risk Management: Prioritize workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs), adhere to enterprise frameworks, and ensure processes comply with internal/industry regulations and the bank's risk appetite.
Research & Development: Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies and recruitment programs; conduct internal and external research projects to advise the team on emerging regulatory requirements and trends.
Project Leadership: May lead special initiatives or projects by representing the business internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting recruitment processes.
Executive Acumen: Demonstrated experience with executive-level exposure, having supported executives who lead a business unit, and possessing strong business acumen.
Portfolio Management: Proven experience recruiting for a complex portfolio that spans multiple lines of business and has a national scope.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate as a senior subject matter expert.
Education: Formalized HR training or a degree background in Human Resources.
Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Knowledge of the banking/Financial Services industry is strongly preferred.
Bilingualism (French/English) is strongly desired.
Familiarity with the Workday HRIS system.
