Position: Recruiter
Location: Toronto, ON (4 days/week in office)
Working hours: 9 am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Managing onboard process from end to end
Support recruiters and Sr. recruiters for ad hoc request
Qualifications
Must have:
Have at least 5 years of (Pure recruiter experience) experience (recruitment within a corporate and agency environment recruiting for corporate roles )
Must be able to handle 40+ requests at any given time
Experience with CMS/ATS
Nice to have:
bilingual (French and English)
Knowledgeable on Bill 96
Business acumen of retail banking
Workday

Relationship management skill
Organization skill
