Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Shift: Standard: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 weekly, Mon.-Fri.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end onboarding process, supporting recruiters and senior recruiters with ad-hoc requests, posting requisitions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will need strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a high-volume workload.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
2+ years of recruitment coordinator experience in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
Bilingualism (English and French)
Experience with Workday (preferred)
Experience working with senior leaders
Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
Excellent collaboration, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability
