Responsibilities
- Assist in posting positions to various job boards and campus career sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation on candidates, interview schedules, and other recruiting activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other filing systems.
- Schedule interviews and arrange candidate travel.
- Communicate recruiting procedures and status to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Assist in screening resumes and sourcing candidates.
- Assist with orientation/offer letters/background checks, as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Experience with a major financial services firm is preferred.
- Experience with legal contracts is an asset.
- Experience with Workday is an asset.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and internet skills.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Experience working with an ATS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
- Attention to detail.
