Responsibilities
Recruiting Lifecycle Management: Own and manage all aspects of the Early Talent acquisition lifecycle, including high-volume interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and data collection using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Program Managers and University Relations to execute a consistent campus recruiting and branding strategy, ensuring alignment with business talent needs.
Branding & Events: Plan, manage, and execute large-scale recruitment events, conferences, and on/off-campus presentations to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various geographies.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews, managing the internal referral process and proactively identifying suitable talent for business lines.
Process Excellence: Apply strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks, manage social media deliverables, and ensure effective leveraging of HR technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related HR function.
HR Foundation: Strong understanding of HR Management Practices.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong ability to utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communication: Superior verbal and written communications skills, with the proven ability to effectively market positions and adapt communication style to different audiences.
Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and well-organized, with a clear ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results both independently and collaboratively.
Education: Undergraduate degree (UG) required.
Desirable Qualifications
Direct experience in Campus Recruitment or Early Talent acquisition.
Experience within the Financial Industry.
Professional HR designation (e.g., CHRP).
Familiarity with Workday or similar large-scale HRIS platforms.
