This is a 9-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. Based in the heart of downtown Toronto at the prestigious TD Centre, you will work in a hybrid capacity within a collaborative team of nine.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your designated business line. You will balance your time (50/50) between technical back-office coordination—managing applicant tracking systems and drafting offer letters—and active candidate engagement through interviews and event execution. You will partner with Program Managers and University Relations experts to build talent pipelines and execute a consistent campus branding strategy nationwide.
Work Location: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite) at Toronto.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime as needed).

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Coordination
End-to-End Coordination: Manage all stages of the recruiting pipeline, from initial screening to leveraging HR technologies for tracking and data collection.
Scheduling & Admin: Handle high-volume interview scheduling for new graduates and complete administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters.
Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates via interviews and screenings, ensuring a high-quality "Gold Standard" match for business needs.
Internal Referrals: Manage the internal referral process and ensure all candidate data is meticulously captured in the ATS.
Campus & Event Management
Event Execution: Plan, manage, and execute events and large-scale conferences both on and off-campus.
Branding & Social Media: Deliver presentations and manage social media deliverables to proactively attract top talent from campuses across Canada.
Relationship Building: Partner with Program Managers and University Relations to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated needs.
Project Support
Operational Excellence: Provide project management support for recruitment initiatives and process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in talent attraction or recruitment, specifically within Campus or Early Talent recruitment.
Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR Management Practices.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a significant asset.
Systems: Experience with Workday.
Designation: HR designation (e.g., CHRP/CHRL).
Communication: Proven ability to effectively sell and market positions within a large corporate matrix.
