Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include: assisting managers with request setup; coordinating candidate submissions with suppliers; entering offers into the Beeline VMS; and keeping all parties (managers, candidates, suppliers) informed of project status. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field. Essential skills include excellent communication (written and verbal), client service experience (ideally with senior managers), a self-starter attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Beeline or another VMS is a plus, as is data analysis experience and experience in high-volume recruitment/onboarding. Strong English language skills are required; French is a nice-to-have.
