Responsibilities
•Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for cohort-based recruitment
•Receive, review, and track hiring requirements to ensure alignment with recruitment timelines and business needs
•Review and screen candidate submissions
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within internal trackers and systems
•Prepare and submit offers in the Vendor Management System (VMS)
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support hiring objectives
•Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process
•Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters, including additional tasks as required
Qualifications
Must have skills:
•1 – 2 years of experience preferably in recruitment or staffing or related work experience
•Client service experience and mindset, ideally working with senior managers and leaders in a corporate setting
•Excellent communication skills, both through written communication and comfort with video conferences
•A self-starter with a can-do attitude, sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•High attention to detail and ability to prioritize high volume workload
Nice to have skills:
•Staffing Agency experience
•Experience working with Beeline, Fieldglass or another Vendor Management System (VMS)
•Data Analysis experience
•Experience with recruiting / onboarding in a high-volume environment
•French would be a nice to have, but not required
