Responsibilities
As a strategic partner to our hiring managers, you will drive the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Specialist will include, but not be limited to:
•Sourcing and Attraction Strategy: Crafting compelling and inclusive job descriptions. Deploying creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, social media, databases) to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
•Talent Evaluation: Conducting phone screenings and in-depth interviews. Rigorously assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit (culture-add).
•Excellent Candidate Experience: Ensuring a transparent, respectful, and positive recruitment process. Maintaining smooth communication and diligent follow-up at every stage.
•Administration and Compliance: Managing hiring documents, ensuring file completion, and accurately maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
•Strategic Collaboration: Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and participating in various HR projects as needed by the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who possesses:
•Proven Experience: Significant experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
•Functional Bilingualism: Advanced proficiency in both French and English (verbal and written) to interact effectively with a variety of candidates and teams across the organization.
•Interpersonal Skills: An excellent communicator, capable of quickly building trust and representing the company with professionalism.
•Autonomy and Organization: A strong ability to manage priorities, work independently, and demonstrate proactivity and initiative.
•Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to navigate a changing environment, learn quickly, and manage a high volume of files simultaneously.
