- General Foreman: $66.39/hr
- Foreman: $63.50/hr
- Journeyman: $57.73/hr

Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Scheduling: Supply critical direction to our Dispatch team regarding workforce deployment; guarantee that the most appropriately skilled technician is assigned to each specific work order to optimize daily efficiency.
Technical Mentorship & Expertise: Serve as the definitive subject matter expert for our cross-functional refrigeration, plumbing, gas fitting, and sheet metal crews. Deliver immediate, on-site coaching to close knowledge gaps and elevate the entire department's technical proficiency.
Operational & Workflow Management: Use advanced ERP software (including Sampro and mobile platforms) to monitor work order statuses, resolve aging or stalled tickets, and ensure accurate field data collection.
Client Advocacy & Quality Assurance: Function as the primary ambassador for the branch across both service calls and larger project executions. Cultivate resilient client partnerships, anticipate and resolve customer disputes, and uphold the highest standards of company integrity.
Safety Leadership: Embody and enforce a rigorous, world-class safety environment. Ensure all team members strictly adhere to HSE protocols, accurately execute Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs), and consistently pass COR safety audits.
Administrative & Coverage Oversight: Diligently process and approve employee timesheets, tool requisitions, and time-off requests to guarantee uninterrupted, 24/7 service coverage for our clients.
Qualifications
Required Trade Certification: A valid Red Seal Refrigeration Ticket is strictly required for this position.
Professional Experience: A demonstrated history of success working as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or General Foreman. (Note: Exceptionally driven Journeymen or senior apprentices demonstrating clear leadership potential and readiness will also be strongly considered).
Leadership & Emotional Intelligence: High emotional maturity and a strong sense of personal accountability are non-negotiable. You must thrive in an autonomous environment, consistently deliver results within a demanding industrial sector, and foster a collaborative, uplifting team atmosphere.
Technical Literacy: Highly adaptable to modern technology, with the ability to swiftly navigate smartphone-integrated ERP systems, digital work order databases, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Site Compliance Requirements: Must possess the ability to successfully clear a mandatory, pre-site-access Drug & Alcohol screening.
Bonus Qualifications: Dual-ticketed professionals—particularly those possessing a valid Class A Gas Ticket—will be given priority consideration.
