We are currently recruiting for an Regional Administrator in the Grimsby area. This full-time, 12 month contract position. This opportunity is 2 days in office and 3 days remote, once training is complete. This role provides administrative support to branches across Eastern Canada.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who has the enjoys interacting with people at all levels of an organization. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail is required for this position. They will be professional, hard-working and diligent, as well as willing to support the team with a variety of tasks.

Advantages
- $26 - $28/hour
- 12 month contract
- Training provided that is fully in office
- Once training is complete this role is hybdrif 2 days in office and 3 days remote
- Monday to Friday; 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Working alongside a national team
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple branches with general administrative duties
- Gathering data and generating reports
- Respond to inquiries from internal partners and support in gathering information that is requested
- Request updates from parts department and sales department
- Support in parts coordination by ordering parts, receiving parts and fulfilling requests from technicians
- Adhere to organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an asset
- Interpersonal communication skills is key
- Computer savvy
- Operational skill level in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Professional and diligent mentality
- Previous experience in inside sales and/or administration
