In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for accounting and financial performance across multiple sites, optimizing systems and processes, ensuring the reliability of financial statements, and contributing to the company’s digital transformation and growth.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and analyze the financial performance of various regional units, producing accurate and regular reports for management.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools, ensuring integration with existing processes.
- Prepare and produce regional financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and required deadlines.
- Ensure regional operations comply with internal policies and accounting and tax standards.
- Collaborate with local teams to identify, document, and improve operational and financial processes.
- Develop regional financial and budget forecasts, and monitor variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Train and support regional teams on financial tools and management best practices.
- Contribute to the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits in the region, and participate in cross-functional projects related to digital transformation and systems optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, ideally multi-site.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax requirements.
- Experience with ERP and financial tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite...).
- Ability to leverage BI and advanced Excel to produce reliable reports and analyses.
- Recognized leadership, capable of guiding and motivating regional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
