Specific Accountabilities
• Participates in the development and execution of Project Quality Management Plans, audit objectives and ensures quality issues and audit deficiencies are managed promptly and effectively.
• Oversees technical processes and solutions with regards to assessing, monitoring, reporting and implementing project quality during project design and execution.
• Performs or coordinates quality assessments and reports regularly on all quality initiatives to the Project Execution Teams.
• Collaborates with Project Management personnel and Support Group / Business Unit personnel to deploy standardized procedures to various project organizations and support project-specific procedure development where they are required.
• Quality reviews of vendor Material Requisitions, Inspection and Test Plans and Inspection Packages
• Prepares and manages Non-Conformance Reports through to closure via Enbridge’s Quality Enhancement Reporting tool.
• Prepares Corrective Action Reports, Preventative Action Reports and Root Cause Analyses as required.
• Communicates with Engineering Consultants, Vendors, Project Engineering and Construction teams for resolution of documentation issues.
• Reviews Supplier Quality documentation for applicability and conformance.
• Ensures control of project QA/QC records.
• Creation of project documents such as ITP’s, pressure test plans, weld and NDE matrixes.
• Ensure completeness of field record turnovers.
• Facilitate and support the redlining of drawings
