Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing $20M regional territory through strategic account management. Provide technical training and joint sales calls for distribution partners and wholesalers. Utilize proprietary software to generate complex equipment selections and technical quotes. Represent the brand at industry events (e.g., ASHRAE) and conduct technical presentations for engineering groups. Coordinate with internal engineering and service departments to resolve customer design challenges.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales within the HVAC, Mechanical, or Industrial Cooling sectors. Education: Background in Mechanical Building Engineering or a related technical trade is highly preferred. Skills: Ability to navigate long sales cycles (6 months to 2 years) and build deep-rooted professional relationships. Logistics: Must be based in the GTA and willing to travel regionally as required.

The position offers a base salary between $110,000 and $135,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 22.5%.
