Responsibilities
In this Accounting Administrator role, you will be responsible for the following:
Performing daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
Using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, analyze data with formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), and generate pivot tables.
Providing administrative assistance, including filing and managing financial records.
Communicating with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues.
Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
In this Accounting Administrator role, you will be required to have the following:
Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
Previous work experience within the Construction industry
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
