In this critical healthcare coordination role, you are more than just a point of contact; you are a lifeline for patients navigating complex medical funding. Your mission is to ensure that every patient, physician, and insurance provider receives a world-class, empathetic experience where efficiency and care are the gold standards.
Status: Permanent
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in QC )
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Shifts fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST)
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 / year ($25.64 to $28.21 / hour)

Responsibilities
Casework & Reimbursement: Coordinate all aspects of prescription drug coverage by navigating public, private, and special access programs.
Patient Engagement: Provide compassionate, professional telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance bodies.
Clinical Tracking: Adhere to case-management protocols, managing patient onboarding documentation, tracking therapy disruptions, and filing mandatory adverse event reports.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary link between patients, pharmacies, and physicians' offices to maximize reimbursement solutions.
CRM Documentation: Log every interactive update accurately into the internal database.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) as a Patient Caseworker, Pharma Reimbursement Specialist, or Patient Coordinator.
Language Requirement: Fluent professional bilingualism (English/French, oral and written). This role requires bilingualism to serve a national patient base and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Core Competencies: Outstanding organizational skills, strong financial acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and a deeply empathetic communication style.
