Qualifications
Do you have the skills required for this position?
- Able to go one day training in Downtown Montreal office
- Bilingual in English and French; communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
- Experience in customer service;
- Good communication skills;
- Time management, pressure management, meeting deadlines;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Survey Monkey (an asset);
- Knowledge of finance (an asset).
