The Details
Salary: $46,000 per year
Location: Downtown London, ON (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST)
Language: Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
Training: An intensive 8-week on-site training program in our London office to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Provide courteous, accurate, and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
Use your bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps.
Think creatively to solve problems and provide "outside the box" solutions.
We are looking for candidates who can answer "YES" to the following:
Do you have excellent communication skills in both English and French?
Are you a resident of Canada with a valid work permit?
Security Clearance: Can you pass a criminal record check, credit check, and government screening?
Residency Requirement: Have you maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada? (This is a mandatory requirement for the reliability clearance).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Customer Relations Specialist includes (but are not limited to):
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Actively participate in an ongoing learning environment where you’ll receive developmental opportunities
Qualifications
-Excellent English and FRENCH communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and the government's enhanced screening process
-Must have Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems both Windows based and other
-Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions Minimum High school education required
-Strong computer/multitasking skills
-Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
-Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
Summary
Candidate must further satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the role:
- Have status to work in Canada at the time of application
- Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a credit check
- Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application. This requirement is not dependent upon your immigration, residency, or citizenship status.
