Mode : 100% on-site
Schedule : 40 - 44h/week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email
Supervising branch staff while fostering a strong, collaborative team environment
Overseeing daily branch operations and maintaining a professional, welcoming location
Driving and growing rental revenue across the assigned market
Processing sales orders and monitoring equipment and product inventory
Participating in operational and sales calls with the management team
Resolving customer inquiries and disputes efficiently and fairly
Qualifications
Proven experience in staff supervision, counter service, internal sales, and inventory management
Full bilingualism in English and French (essential for internal collaboration and client relations)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of industrial tools, supplies, or equipment (an asset)
Proficiency with Windows applications and ERP systems (Systematics an asset)
High attention to detail, autonomy, and a positive, safety-first mindset
