Responsibilities
This role involves a mix of system maintenance (70%), client response (20%), and pivot table analysis (10%). Responsibilities include: assisting with new client setup and maintenance; ensuring data integrity and client privacy; managing regulatory requirements; working on investigations and issue resolution; providing technical support for testing; assisting with organizational framework; implementing changes to meet client needs; ensuring timely escalation of risks; partnering with global TMS teams; assisting management with business initiatives; supporting quality management and statistical measurements; working to improve operational efficiency; supporting internal and external audits; maintaining operating procedures; and providing backup coverage.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), demonstrated experience in an operational environment, ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. Desirable qualifications include a university or postgraduate degree and knowledge of securities lending. 3-5 years of experience is required. Specific experience with trade settlement, securities lending, and market settlement is highly beneficial.
