Job Title: Internal Sales Representative (Engineering).
Location: Montreal (100% in-office presence, required for product learning).
Contract: Permanent.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Stable hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). No evenings or weekends.
Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 annually. Negotiable based on experience.

Maintain continuous customer relations by responding to inquiries (phone, email) and managing issues.
Manage commercial orders and communicate expected delivery dates or stock shortages.
Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, following up with customers for clarification, and collaborating closely to solve problems.
Develop leads and sales opportunities by suggesting related products and providing technical information.
Be involved in projects and possess product knowledge, in contrast to the customer.
Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Update professional knowledge by participating in training sessions and studying new product descriptions.
Qualifications
Education: Recognized university degree in engineering is an asset.
Experience: Experience in selling valves or other engineering products is indispensable. Three years of experience in internal sales of technical products (electrical, electronic, digital/analog, or mechanical manufacturing) is desired.
Linguistic Skills: Excellent bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written. Must be able to communicate with Anglophone partners (manufacturers) located outside Quebec (United States and England) on a regular basis.
French must be clear and understandable.
Personal Profile: High degree of commitment to service excellence, organizational skills, attention to detail, charisma, and ease of communication.
Logistics: Proficiency in IT (MS Office Suite). Must possess a passport and be open to occasional travel (once or twice a year) for training abroad.
