Responsibilities
Provide unparalleled customer service by supporting future owners throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Ensure comprehensive administrative support for the sales department (contracts, follow-ups, invoicing).
Coordinate vehicle registration files (SAAQ) and technical documentation.
Maintain constant communication between the production plant and clients to ensure deadlines are met.
Actively participate in the company's commercial activities, including RV shows and client events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a role combining administrative support and client relations.
A passion for people and the ability to provide unparalleled customer service in any situation.
Bilingualism to serve both a French-speaking and a North American clientele.
Excellent proficiency with IT tools and a strong attention to detail.
Aptitude for professional communication (comfortable on the phone and via email).
