As part of a tight-knit inside sales team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Your mission: advise residential customers, respond to their needs, sell tailored products and services, and ensure strong follow-up.
📍 Location: Anjou, Montreal (public transit accessible, parking available)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
💻 Hybrid work model: 1 day remote per week

Advantages
Hourly wage between $21.70 and $24.33, depending on experience
Commissions: 2% on equipment sales, 4% on services
Complete onboarding and product training (3 to 6 months)
All necessary equipment provided at onboarding

Responsibilities
Handle over 100 inbound calls per day related to products, services, and sales follow-ups
Make outbound calls from incoming leads and existing customer lists
Sell residential equipment and services (heating, cooling, maintenance, etc.)
Generate leads for the outside sales team
Draft and respond to sales-related emails
Support client retention and build lasting relationships
Collaborate with internal departments (installation, customer service, billing, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales or customer service
Fluent in French and functional English
Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy, and dynamic environment
Proficient with IT tools (MS Office, Teams); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
