Do you thrive at the intersection of Finance and Marketing? Have you led pricing and promotional strategies in a CPG setting, but your strength lies in solving commercial problems, not just crunching numbers? Are you a structured, analytical thinker who loves collaborating across functions to create clarity out of complexity? Can you coach and mentor junior analysts while keeping a constant pulse on in-market performance and ROI?
...
This is not your typical FP&A or pricing role. As Revenue Growth Management Manager, you’ll be embedded within a Marketing-aligned Finance team and work hand-in-hand with Sales, Brand, and Planning teams to solve real business problems through pricing and promotional strategies.
You’ll own a portfolio of categories and act as a strategic thought partner, building frameworks, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions that drive profitable growth. It’s an ideal fit for someone who brings a Revenue Management background in CPG, is highly analytical, and can communicate recommendations with clarity and confidence.
If this sounds like you, this is a rare opportunity to step into a Revenue Growth Management role that truly blends strategic finance, marketing insight, and operational execution, with a company that values both collaboration and curiosity.
